JOB OVERVIEW:

The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share within a designated region. This role involves managing a team of sales representatives, analyzing market trends, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The Regional Sales Manager plays a crucial role in achieving the company's sales objectives and fostering a high-performance sales culture. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage communication eorts with the sales force regarding territory sales, product updates, and progress to achieving territory sales objectives and company sales objectives. Set sales goals by territory and monitor/ communicate performances as compared to goals. Support sales force by providing in depth education on company products and strategic sales tactics. Support the execution of the in-house product education program. Attend scheduled in-eld visits to support the sales force product knowledge and address territory needs. In collaboration with Product Managers, answer salesforce inquiries related to product feedback. Perform as an interim Sales Representative in new, or open, sales territories as needed. Establish relationships with key customers, including surgeons, operating room personnel and administrators. Develop and sustain teams of surgeons which will endorse, support and purchase new and existing company products. Enhance sales eorts and coordinate company participation by attending all appropriate and major regional and national trade shows and conferences. Learning company business by acquiring an intimate understanding of all company products and marketing strategies while assisting in the development of sales tools. Assist company management in identifying new business opportunities, including product development, concepts, product line extensions, distribution opportunities or acquisitions. General corporate functions associated with the role as a manager, includes but not limited to, answering emails, reviewing monthly activity re-cap reports, attending monthly sales review meetings and marketing review meetings. Management of regional budget, which includes managing the travel and entertainment budget. Support sales force with consigned and loaner inventory management. SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

Knowledge of orthopedic and/or surgical medical device sales processes Understanding of operating room protocol and sterile field requirements Ability to interpret sales analytics, forecasting, and territory performance metrics GENERAL SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:

Strong understanding of industry practices High proficiency with tools, systems, and procedures Good planning/organizational skills and techniques Good decision making, analysis and problem solving skills with ability to multi-task Strong verbal and written communication skills Good presentation and public speaking skills Good interpersonal skills Good conflict resolution skills and ability to deliver difficult messages Ability to build partnerships at all levels within the company, begin to build partnerships externally Resolve complex issues in effective ways MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE:

Typically 5 to 7 or more years of increasing responsibility in terms of any applicable professional experience. PREFERRED EDUCATION:

Typically a Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in related discipline. Master's degree or global equivalent a plus. May hold one or more industry certifications; professional certification may be required to advance. TRAVEL / PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

Travel up to 75% of the time. Able to lift 25-30 pounds of instrumentation. SCOPE:

Senior level professional; knowledge and full understanding of one or more disciplines and good knowledge of organization, processes and customers. Good judgment, strong analytical ability, evaluation, originality and ingenuity required to perform tasks. Know and apply the fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures of a particular field. Resolve issues and assignments in creative ways. Some assignments may be broad in nature. May serve as a resource to others to resolve complex problems and issues. May take on project co-lead role as required. COMPLEXITY:

Work on problems of diverse scope and moderate impact where analysis of data requires a review of a variety of factors. Use best practices and knowledge of business strategy to solve complex problems; recommend solutions to business challenges. Demonstrate good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions. Network with senior internal and external personnel in own area of expertise. SUPERVISION:

Receive minimal instruction on day-to-day work and general instruction on new projects or assignments. May act as a resource to provide informal guidance for TSMs with less experience. Assignments can be broad in nature. MANAGEMENT DUTIES:
