Your potential is our inspiration.**Where You’ll Make a Difference*** Learn about our customers, their products, and the markets they serve* Build and maintain relationships with internal teams and external customers* Support account planning and help track performance against goals* Collaborate with teams like R&D, Marketing, Creative, and Operations to support customer projects* Actively scouting for new customers, transforming leads into profitable business opportunities* Help monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback* Foster a collaborative team environment by actively supporting team members, sharing insights, and contributing to a culture of mutual success* Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and pricing aligned with business goals* Ensure customer needs are communicated clearly across departments**What Makes You the Right Fit*** Bachelor’s degree (Business, Marketing, Chemistry, Biology, or related fields preferred).* Strong interest in pursuing a long-term sales career* Excellent communication and organizational skills.* Curiosity about market trends, consumer behavior, and innovation.* Team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn.* Comfortable using digital tools and working in a fast-paced environment.* Experience or coursework in sales or related industry is a plus.* Prior internship or experience in sales, marketing, or customer service.* Exposure to the food and beverage industry or flavor development.* Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities* Be part of a global leader in flavor innovation.* Structured development program with mentorship and career growth opportunities.* Work with passionate professionals across diverse functions.* Our benefit package includes medical, dental, vision, 401k, vacation, holidays* 16 weeks paid parental leave (maternity and paternity)We are a global leader in taste, scent, and nutrition, offering our customers a broader range of natural solutions and accelerating our growth strategy.
