Pay Details
Starting base salary is $45 K with opportunity for growth + generous commission.
Average first‑year earnings range from $55 K–$75 K through a combination of base salary and commission.
Top performers can earn up to $85 K+ in their second year and beyond.
Our Sales Representative, Inbound Remote position is available for candidates based in the state of Arizona. Applicants must reside within this specified location to be considered for this role.
Job Details As an Inbound Sales Representative, you will handle inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with potential and existing policyholders on their insurance needs and matching the correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert sales leads into policyholders.

Position Details
Paid training over 16 weeks for licensed hires and 18 weeks for unlicensed hires.

No cold calls, all incoming warm leads.

Schedule: 4 weekdays + 1 weekend day, mid‑morning start (e.g., 11 am‑8 pm CST) for at least 12 months before shift change.
Computer equipment provided; home workspace must meet connectivity requirements (100 MBps download, 20 MBps upload).
Qualifications
2–3 years of sales experience preferred; 2 years of sales/service experience required.
Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills to close sales.
Excellent communication to prospects and customers.
Analytical, decision‑making and organizational skills.
Strong typing and PC proficiency.
Property & Casualty license required after hire.
