Responsibilities
Assist the Neighborhood Sales Manager (NSM) in setting up the sales office for success and act as the right hand to the NSM.
Greet prospects and appointments at the model home or assigned sales office; learn what is important to them in their home search and show available homes.
Keep materials organized by stocking brochure materials and auditing sales and marketing materials, including the website, to ensure all details are accurate.
Support homebuyers throughout the buying process by addressing questions about home progress, loan information, and related topics.
Interact with corporate marketing to announce upcoming events and happenings at the neighborhood to prospective homebuyers.
Submit listing information for homes on StanleyMartin.com and the MLS.
Contribute to maintaining a high-quality neighborhood appearance and deliver high-quality customer service while helping achieve neighborhood sales goals.

Exhibits active listening, confidence, and respect when communicating with others
Has used a customer service approach in previous work
Excited and eager to learn new technology quickly
Detail oriented to effectively review marketing material and sales contracts
Ability to stay organized to track prospect outreach and sales needs
Ability to think critically about any given situation
Ability to work until 6pm and on weekends
Proficient in various software systems, including MS Office
