ROLE DESCRIPTION As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for David Peterson - State Farm Agent, your knowledge of insurance products and industry trends equips you to communicate directly with clients, identify their needs, and market products or services that maximize value. RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
Work alongside your agencys team to ensure successful long-lasting customer relations.
QUALIFICATIONS
Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred.
Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred.
Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
Property & Casualty License (must be able to obtain)
Life & Health License (must be able to obtain)
