Overview The Regional Sales Manager will have the following responsibilities:

This person will be responsible for driving new customer growth, deepening existing partnerships, and leading projects from concept through commercialization

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and report directly to the Senior VP of Sales & Marketing

Develop and grow business across the Midwest region

Identify, pursue, and convert new customer opportunities (including cold outreach)

Deepen partnerships with current customers to expand sales

Manage customer-specific projects from ideation to commercialization

Work closely with R&D, Quality, Client Services, and Marketing to exceed customer expectations

Represent company at regional and national trade shows

Salary

$100,000 - $140,000

What You Bring

Bachelor’s degree

5+ years of food-industry sales experience with existing industry contacts

Proven track record of driving growth and managing accounts

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Strong initiative, self-motivation, and ability to work independently

Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and communicate clearly

Willingness to travel 50%+
