
Overview
A J Jersey is seeking a Forklift Sales Coordinator to manage post-sale operations, including processing equipment orders, coordinating delivery, and handling documentation to support the sales team. They act as a liaison between customers, sales reps, and service departments, managing inventory, attachments, and logistics to ensure timely delivery. Key skills include organization, strong communication, and proficiency in MS Office/CRM software.
Responsibilities
Order Processing & Logistics: Process new/used equipment deals, place orders with manufacturers, and coordinate shipping with trucking teams.
Coordination & Scheduling: Liaise with service/parts departments for equipment prep and attachments.
Customer Support: Provide updates to sales reps on delivery timelines and manage customer inquiries.
Administration & Inventory: Maintain accurate sales files, manage inventory, and handle invoicing.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in business or similar is often preferred.
Experience: Previous experience in material handling equipment, logistics, or a sales support role is highly beneficial.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software.
Soft Skills: Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
