Our client, a luxury brand, is seeking an After Sales Coordinator to help their team temporarily!

Responsibilities

Manage regionalized store After Sales Service matters as key relationship manager. Set standards for expectations and service levels between workshops, store teams, and clients.

Responsible for communication regarding client After Sales concerns and resolve matters to client satisfaction in partnership with store teams, as well as Customer Care teams.

Responsible for repair assessments and ultimately repair facilitation based on results of assessment.

Work closely with Customer Care counterparts on resolving client escalations

Provide Customer Care team with After Sales verbiage and product care information to inform clients

Qualifications

Must be proficient in Microsoft Office & Excel

A fast learner with a "no job too small" mentality!

Highly organized and efficient, ability to work in a fast‑paced environment

Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities
