About the Role About the Role
Prezzee is looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our team. Reporting directly to our Head of Sales, you will play a pivotal role in fostering strong, lasting relationships with our clients, guiding them to achieve success and maximize the value of Prezzee's solutions. Your primary mission will be to act as a trusted advisor, working closely with clients supported by our Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and Account Executives to ensure seamless transitions from onboarding through to growth and retention.
Key Responsibilities
Qualify and onboard client accounts, understanding business objectives and aligning Prezzee’s solutions to support their goals
Act as the dedicated point of contact for assigned clients, managing enquiries, resolving issues, and delivering a proactive, solutions-focused experience
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through regular communication and trusted partnership
Provide strategic, data-driven insights to help clients optimize their use of Prezzee’s products and achieve desired outcomes
Monitor client health and engagement, identifying risks early and implementing strategies to drive retention and growth
Conduct regular client check-ins and performance reviews to gather feedback and identify expansion opportunities
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Support to advocate for client needs and share actionable feedback
Maintain accurate CRM records of client interactions, performance, and success metrics
Contribute to customer success best practices, resources, and initiatives that continually improve the client experience
Track and exceed KPIs related to onboarding, satisfaction, retention, and account growth, supporting broader revenue goals
What you bring
4+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or client-facing roles
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
Proven problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Collaborative approach to working with internal teams and stakeholders
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in using CRM systems and other relevant software tools
Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Adaptability and flexibility to changing client needs and market conditions
Keen attention to detail and accuracy in data management and reporting

This position will be based in our New York City, Chelsea office. Base salary ranges between $110,000 to $130,000 USD. Our salary range is based on the industry benchmark for position, location, function and level of individual experience. The total compensation package for this position includes Short Term Incentives (STI) and benefits.
