Job Description:
Oversee daily operations of a 90+ unit conventional apartment community.
Supervise onsite staff and coordinate with vendors.
Manage leasing activity, renewals, and occupancy goals.
Monitor rent collections and support financial performance.
Handle resident relations and resolve concerns professionally.
Ensure property standards, curb appeal, and maintenance coordination.
Maintain compliance with Fair Housing regulations and company policies.
Position Requirements:
Strong leadership and team supervision skills.
Ability to manage a challenging property environment.
Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations.
Strong financial oversight and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Professional demeanor with a resident-focused approach.
