– Pay rate $16.00 - $20.00/hr (W2) – 02/06/2017 to 08/06/2017 – Golden Valley, MN 55422

Position Summary: The Customer Care Associate is responsible for ensuring all customer needs and expectations are met. They are expected to manage orders throughout each day by working with Planners, Demand Management, and the distribution centers to make sure orders ship per customer requirements. This position is critical to the growth of business for Honeywell and the individual filling this role must go above and beyond to help differentiate Honeywell from its competition.
Tasks and Responsibilities
Systems Support – Prepare orders for customers daily while answering requests via telephone and email.
Systems Growth – Work to meet electronic ordering growth initiatives.
SAP Applications – Understand SAP advanced features and be able to troubleshoot issues as they arise.
Change Agent – Look for ways to improve CC processes. Drive initiation and follow through to implementation.
Work on assignments that are more complex in nature requiring judgment and initiative to be applied. Some of those things include:
Managing offsite inventory
Planning/managing orders required for production lines
Placing purchase orders with suppliers
Perform manual shipping/invoicing transactions within SAP
Understanding and enforcing software license agreements as well as enforcing legal restrictions.
Basic Qualifications
High school diploma
Minimum of 1-2 years of related experience
Proficient skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Additional Qualifications
BS in Business, or related degree preferred.
Minimum of 1-2 years of Oracle/SAP experience preferred.
Demonstrated leadership of program/s
