Job Description To provide members and prospective members the full range of products and services offered by the client including depository accounts such as checking, savings, certificate IRA, revocable trust and estate accounts; lending products; and credit/debit cards.
Qualifications
High School Diploma/ GED required
1-2 years of recent customer service experience working directly with customers (must be customer facing roles)
Knowledge of savings and checking products and services
Strong communication and active listening skills
Effective organizational and problem‑solving abilities
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Proficiency with computer applications and numerical accuracy
Completion of specialized training (IRA, MLO, Notary, etc.) may be required
Regular Work Schedule Full‑time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Saturday.
Employees are expected to be available to work Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM.
On Saturdays, employees should be available to work between 8:00 AM and 3:30 PM.
Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.00 – $19.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
