Move Consultant , you’ll play a direct role in helping families plan one of the most important transitions in their lives. This is a performance-driven sales role with real earning potential and long-term growth.

service or hospitality

Position Overview As a Move Consultant, you’re on the front lines — speaking with real customers, booking moves, and guiding them through decisions with confidence and clarity.
You’ll sharpen your communication skills, learn how to listen for what people actually need, and see how different departments work together behind the scenes to deliver a seamless experience.
If you’re good with people and quick on your feet, this role gives you real‑world sales experience you can use anywhere. Think of it as learning how to turn conversations into solutions.
Compensation & Growth Opportunity Our Move Consultants typically earn
$50,000–$70,000 annually , based on performance. Top performers exceed this range.
Competitive hourly base pay:
$16 per hour
Uncapped commission structure
Clear performance metrics tied directly to earnings
Ongoing sales coaching and advancement opportunities
What You’ll Do
Speak with inbound and outbound customers to understand their needs and confidently book services
Build trust quickly and guide customers through decisions with clarity and empathy
Use our internal database to manage leads, track conversations, send follow‑ups, and present add‑on solutions via phone, text, and email
Hit (and exceed) performance metrics
Collaborate with a supportive team and receive ongoing coaching
Bonus:
Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus, but not required.
