Leasing Coordinator

Manage leasing efforts for our properties, from conducting property tours to handling inquiries, processing applications, and facilitating the lease signing process Ensure smooth transitions for new residents, assisting with move-ins and addressing any questions or concerns Be the primary point of contact for residents, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring an excellent living experience to maintain high tenant satisfaction Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive traffic to the properties, focusing on digital campaigns, social media, and community-based initiatives. Work closely with external marketing consultants as needed Highlight the unique offerings of our properties, such as local ownership, thoughtful design, quality finishes, and sustainable living features, through various marketing channels Assist in organizing events and activities that foster a sense of community among residents and engage with local stakeholders Who we’re looking for:

Previous experience as a leasing agent or in a related customer-facing role is essential Experience in marketing, digital campaigns, or community engagement is a plus Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with prospective and current tenants Comfortable using social media and digital tools for marketing purposes Proactive in identifying issues and implementing solutions Ability to work independently, solve problems proactively, and take ownership of projects
