Mortgage Underwriter II - GSE Guidelines & Loan Decisions

A regional financial institution is seeking an experienced Underwriter to provide critical support for both retail and wholesale loan decisions and underwriting guidance. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in FNMA/FHLMC/FHA/VA/USDA underwriting, as well as FHA DE and VA SAR certifications. You will be responsible for reviewing appraisals, maintaining a pipeline of loans for approval, and ensuring compliance with guidelines.
