Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with alternating Saturdays
Job Responsibilities
Assist the primary Account Manager, with the opportunity to support additional Account Managers as training and experience progress.
Participate in a comprehensive training program focused on sales fundamentals, product knowledge, and client service.
Provide exceptional front desk and showroom coverage, ensuring a high-quality client experience.
Provide sales and administrative support to Account Managers throughout the sales process.
Work closely with Account Managers to learn additional skills, assist with pre-sale tasks, and share ideas.
Support showroom coverage for out-of-town showrooms as needed.
Engage in continuous learning to strengthen skills, contribute to team success, and foster adaptability.
Operate in accordance with standard best practices and STARK’s Core Values.
Serve as a positive contributor to company culture.
Perform other tasks and duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
Prior carpet experience is ideal.
Industry-related experience and/or luxury brand experience is a plus.
Strong interest in the interior design trade with excellent interpersonal, communication, and computer skills.
Experience in the design industry preferred.
Associate or Bachelor’s degree (Interior Design or related field preferred) and/or a minimum of 2 years of retail or to-the-trade sales experience.
Highly motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow in a sales environment.
Base pay commensurate with experience.
