This role will set appointments, close sales, and meet annual sales goals. Responsibilities

Set appointments with potential homebuyers and guide them through the LGI Homes sales process.

Close sales and work to meet or exceed annual sales goals.

Promote LGI Homes and help customers achieve home ownership through the LGI way.

Provide exceptional customer service and maintain communication with clients throughout the sales cycle.

Qualifications

A top producing sales record, competitive spirit, and drive for success.

Excellent communication skills, both in-person and over the phone.

Willingness to work on weekends.

Experience in a commission-based sales role is preferred.

A valid driver's license is required.

No previous real estate experience necessary to apply; comprehensive training is provided to set you up for success with our sales system, the LGI way.
