What You’ll Do (Your Impact)
Inspire & Lead
a team of Mortgage Loan Officers through coaching, recognition, and development that fuels both performance and engagement.
Drive Results
by meeting volume, service level, and budget goals—while never compromising the member experience.
Partner Strategically
with branches, contact center teams, and internal/external partners to align sales and service strategies.
Champion Training & Development
so your team is confident, compliant, and delivering exceptional service at every stage of the loan journey.
Optimize Processes & Technology
to improve efficiency, productivity, and scalability.
Ensure Compliance Excellence
by guiding policy development and maintaining adherence to regulatory and secondary market guidelines.
Empower Members
through financial education, thoughtful follow‑ups, and service that builds trust and long‑term relationships.
What You Bring
Associate’s degree in business or a related field (or equivalent experience).
5+ years of mortgage lending experience
in a retail financial environment.
3+ years of people leadership experience
with a proven coaching mindset.
Deep knowledge of
secondary market programs
and mortgage regulations.
Strong communication, data analysis, and problem‑solving skills.
Experience with automated lending systems and reporting tools.
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, regulated environment.
Active
NMLS number
(or ability to obtain one).
