As an Optician, you will be an essential part of an outstanding team, seamlessly taking customers through the process of selecting and ordering eyewear and accessories that best suit them, assisting with fitting, and providing education on the proper care for their chosen products — all within a fun and upbeat environment.
Benefits
Starting Salary: $18-$20 per hour, with potential for a salary review after 3 months
Production Bonus eligibility after 3 months
Major Medical/Dental Insurance eligibility after 3 months
401K matching plan eligibility after 1 year of successful employment
Paid Vacation and all Federal Holidays
Health Allowance benefits up to $1200 per 12 months, accrued at $100 per month post-probation
Opportunities for academic and learning seminars/conferences
Weekends off - Clinic closed on Saturday & Sunday

Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service by assisting patients with frame and lens selections
Conduct accurate and thorough eyewear fittings and adjustments
Educate patients on lens options, frames, and other optical products
Process orders and maintain accurate patient records
Collaborate with the optical team to achieve sales goals and targets
Stay updated on industry trends and products through ongoing training and education
Required Skills
Minimum of 1-3 years of experience as an Optician or in optical sales
Must be Bilingual-English/Spanish
Strong multitasking abilities with high energy and ambition
Excellent leadership qualities and a commitment to personal and professional growth
Impeccable track record of success at previous jobs
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
