Job Description – Sales Enablement Specialist (Remote, Part-Time) Flaunt Brands is seeking a

Sales Enablement Specialist

to support our sales team with the tools, content, and strategies they need to succeed. This

remote, part-time role (up to 30 hours per week)

is ideal for someone who understands how to bridge marketing and sales — helping create resources that drive conversations, conversions, and long-term customer relationships.

You’ll work closely with our leadership and marketing teams to build playbooks, refine pitches, and optimize sales processes. This is a hands‑on opportunity to gain experience in

sales strategy, customer engagement, and product storytelling .

Responsibilities

Develop and update sales enablement materials (presentations, one-pagers, pitch decks).

Support sales team with product knowledge, FAQs, and competitive positioning.

Assist in training and onboarding materials for new sales hires.

Collaborate with marketing to align campaigns with sales strategies.

Track sales performance metrics and recommend improvements to processes.

Ensure the sales team has updated tools for cross‑selling and upselling.

Qualifications

Strong communication and writing skills.

Experience or coursework in

sales, business development, or marketing .

Ability to create polished sales collateral (PowerPoint, Canva, or Adobe tools).

Analytical mindset — comfortable reviewing performance data and identifying insights.

Organized, detail‑oriented, and proactive in problem‑solving.

Prior experience supporting product‑focused sales teams a plus.
