Service Account Coordinator We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Service Account Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will act as a vital link between our clients and internal teams, ensuring that all service-related requests and issues are handled efficiently and effectively. You will be responsible for managing service accounts, maintaining client records, and ensuring that clients receive the highest level of support from our organization.

Responsibilities

Coordinate the onboarding process for new service accounts and ensure all necessary documentation is completed.

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned service accounts, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.

Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and service requests in the company's database.

Monitor service account performance metrics and prepare reports to track progress against service level agreements.

Work collaboratively with internal departments to ensure consistent communication and delivery of services to clients.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business administration, communication, or a related field.

Proven experience in account management, customer service, or a similar role.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Ability to analyze data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
