Job Title: Luxury Sales Specialist
Location: SoHo, Manhattan NY
Our client, a renowned Los Angeles-based jewelry brand specializing in ethereal, nature-inspired jewelry, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Luxury Sales Specialist. This role is integral to providing an exceptional customer experience, driving sales, and cultivating lasting relationships with clientele.
Responsibilities
Deliver outstanding customer service and styling expertise.
Meet personal and company sales targets.
Collaborate with management on operational tasks like reporting, opening/closing duties, and inventory handling.
Ensure adherence to company procedures and offer guidance to team members.
Foster long-term customer relationships through follow-ups.
Expand sales through appointment-based selling.
Uphold visual merchandising standards and assist with floor sets.
Efficiently operate POS systems for transactions.
Partner with the Production team to assist with custom jewelry orders.
Stay flexible to support evolving business needs.
Prerequisites
Minimum 2 years of retail experience (leadership/supervisory experience preferred).
Established client network and personal styling skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Familiarity with shipping programs, inventory management, and audits.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Team-oriented with a proactive mindset.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and organize work effectively.
Physical And Mental Requirements
Ability to stand, sit, and lift up to 25 pounds as needed.
Capacity to move throughout the office and interact effectively with colleagues and customers.
Proficient use of office equipment, including fax machines, computers, and phones.
Adaptable to a fast-paced work environment and able to work with various personalities.

Compensation The anticipated base hourly range for this position is $20-$27/hr. + commission.
This range represents the good-faith estimate of the pay the employer reasonably expects to offer upon hire, based on the role’s responsibilities, required experience, location, and internal equity.
Incentives & Benefits This position may be eligible for discretionary, performance-based bonuses and participation in applicable incentive programs.
