Job Description Salary: $60,000 to $96,000 plus commissions

Harmonious Capital Administration, a leader in private market investing technology including cap table management and fund administration automation, is seeking a high-performing and strategic Account Executive to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base. In this role, you will lead the full sales cycle, guiding prospects through a consultative process that demonstrates how our platform transforms private market operations. Your ability to communicate value, build trust, and consistently deliver results will be essential to our continued growth.

Key Responsibilities 1. Prospecting & Pipeline Development

Source and engage high-quality prospects through outbound outreach, networking, referrals, and market research.

Conduct deep discovery to understand each prospects operational workflows, challenges, and objectives.

Maintain a strong, well-qualified pipeline that supports predictable and scalable revenue growth.

2. Consultative Sales Excellence

Lead thoughtful, solution-oriented conversations that position Harmonious as the premier platform for cap table management, fund administration technology, and private market automation.

Deliver tailored product demonstrations that clearly articulate value, efficiency gains, and workflow improvements.

Serve as a trusted advisor throughout the sales process, building credibility and long-term engagement.

3. Relationship Development

Build and nurture strong relationships with decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders across private equity, venture capital, family offices, and emerging managers.

Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to ensure a cohesive and exceptional client experience.

Represent Harmonious at industry events, conferences, and networking engagements to expand visibility and pipeline opportunities.

4. Negotiation & Closing

Lead negotiations with confidence, clarity, and a focus on mutual benefit.

Overcome objections effectively by communicating platform ROI particularly around automated workflows, operational accuracy, and compliance efficiencies.

Work with Legal and Finance to ensure timely, accurate execution of agreements.

5. Reporting & Strategic Insights

Maintain detailed, accurate activity and pipeline records within the CRM.

Deliver consistent sales forecasting and reporting to sales leadership.

Monitor sales data and market trends to inform strategy, improve performance, and identify new opportunities.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Business, Sales, or a related field; MBA preferred.

58 years of proven, quota-exceeding sales experience within SaaS, fintech, or financial services.

Strong prospecting, qualification, and deal-advancement skills.

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.

Experience in consultative, solutions-based selling.

Demonstrated success building and managing relationships at all organizational levels.

Highly motivated, organized, and goal-oriented.

Proficiency with CRM and sales analytics tools.

SIE certification or willingness to obtain within 6 months of employment.

Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
