Completion of job readiness training at one of the employer's nonprofit partners Effective communication skills and ability to utilize technology to engage with customers Problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement and a willingness to learn Professional handling of customer interactions and concerns Ability to acquire procedural knowledge through on-the-job training How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
