Tony Robbins, Robbins Research International is building a brand-new on-site SDR sales team in Scottsdale.
We are hiring a
Sales Manager
to build, lead, and optimize this SDR team from the ground up.
This is not a maintenance role.
This is a build-and-lead mandate.
As our
Sales Manager – SDR Team , you will:
Hire and develop top SDR talent
Install performance standards early
Coach daily in the weeds
Drive predictable revenue through disciplined execution
Build a high-performance, accountable sales culture
If you’ve built and led high-performing SDR teams before — and you prefer being inside the details of execution over remote oversight — keep reading.
1️⃣ The Role – Sales Manager, SDR Team As our next
Sales Manager , you will own the SDR execution layer of our new on-site sales division in Scottsdale.
This is a deeply hands‑on sales leadership role.
Revenue here is created through daily execution — coaching SDRs in real selling environments, reinforcing standards, hiring the right talent, and developing new SDRs into high‑performing professionals.
You will directly manage SDRs operating:
On‑site in Scottsdale
Through structured phone‑based execution
Through individual enrollment conversations
Through group selling moments
Through disciplined post‑event follow‑up
This
Sales Manager
role requires operational discipline, grit, and a leader comfortable holding full accountability for team performance.
You will partner closely with Sales Performance & Revenue Operations to ensure alignment with systems, metrics, and execution standards.
As Sales Manager – SDR Team, you will own:
Full revenue and performance outcomes for the on‑site SDR division
Live coaching and skill development of SDRs
Call reviews and stylistic performance corrections
Recruitment, onboarding, ramp, and retention of SDR talent
Clear execution rhythms before, during, and after events
Performance accountability and standards enforcement
Ethical enrollment practices
Scalable sales systems that support growth without sacrificing quality
3️⃣ Who This Sales Manager Role Is For You will thrive as our Sales Manager if you:
Have personally sold in high‑production, client‑facing sales roles
Have built and led SDR teams responsible for enrollment or closing
Have transformed underperforming sales teams into consistent performers
Take full ownership of outcomes and hold people accountable without drama
Coach skill, mindset, and execution in real time
Understand buyer psychology and emotional drivers
Take pride in leveling up SDRs into resilient, confident professionals
Prefer structure, standards, and measurable performance
Use sales data to diagnose issues and steer team performance
Are grounded, decisive, and respected
This role is not for leaders who prefer remote oversight, loose accountability, or motivational talk without execution.
4️⃣ Required Experience – Sales Manager / SDR Leadership We are seeking a Senior Sales Manager with:
5–7+ years of progressive sales experience (including high‑production roles)
5–7+ years managing and developing SDR teams as a Sales Manager
Direct revenue ownership and measurable growth through people

Full‑cycle talent selection and retention experience
Hands‑on coaching in B2C sales environments
Experience leading inside sales / phone‑based SDR teams
Experience leading event‑driven or live sales environments
Comfort using conversion, activity, and pipeline data
