
## DescriptionKonami Gaming is looking for an Account Executive to join our team!This position is responsible for selling and overseeing the sale of gaming products to licensed casino operators within the gaming industry, within assigned territory. **What you'll be doing:*** Set call cycles and travels throughout assigned territory to call on regular and prospective customers to solicit orders, resolve customer issues, or talk with customers analyzing sales floor and developing business relations.* Updates and reports product forecast reports on a regular basis, identifying major sales opportunities, and marketing needs.* Maintains thorough working knowledge of product line and its application within marketplace, displaying or demonstrating product, using samples or catalog, and emphasizing salable features.* Quotes prices and credit terms and prepares sales contracts for orders obtained.* Estimates date of delivery to customer, based on knowledge of own firm’s production and delivery schedules.* Prepares reports on business transactions and keeps expense accounts.* Complies and maintains updated account database of all customers through personal contacts, trade journals, business directories, industry ads, trade shows, Internet Websites, and other sources.* Use electronic contact management systems to manage territories and set objectives.* Works with internal departments to target customers, create forecasts, report account activities, marketing needs and literature.* Tracks stock levels, coordinates customer training, enters new customer data and other sales data for current customers into computer databases, collaborates to resolve delivery problems, and prepares for trade shows.* Reports any discrepancies, changes or recommendations, and/or problems for resolution to senior management.* Always comply with the company’s regulatory guidelines and corporate policies.* Maintains confidentiality regarding the company, products and employee information.* Performs other related duties as assigned.**Konami Offers*** Competitive Wages* Great 401(k) plan with company match* Comprehensive health benefits package* Generous Company paid Holidays and Paid Time Off (PTO)* Tuition reimbursement program**About Konami Gaming, Inc.:*****For Players. As we enter a new growth period for the Company, we are expanding our reach to attract top talent in game studio operations, technology and product development.## Qualifications**What we'll want you to have:*** Expresses views in a fluent, clear, logical manner.* Communicates openly and honestly while promoting an open exchange of ideas.* Delivers information effectively in a variety of written formats including reports, letters, memos, emails, etc.* A minimum of three to five years of related experience and/or training with large accounts and a thorough knowledge of gaming industry and Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and other software.* Ability to communicate professionally and efficiently, both verbal and written with all levels of the business.* Must be able to obtain and maintain Gaming licensure(s).* Computer proficiency and/or certifications.* Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.* Must be able to obtain and retain gaming licensure.* Must have and maintain a current State Issued Driver’s License with a favorable driving record allowing for the individual to rent vehicles while traveling on Konami Gaming business.**Additional Requirements:*** **Travel is required - could be as high as 50-75%.****Work Environment:*** Full-time / 40+ hours per week. Must be flexible to work overtime, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.* Must be comfortable working in an area with limited working space for long hours with the ability to remain seated at the computer terminal for extended periods of time. Extreme repetitive motion using keyboard, mouse, and telephone. Must be able to work at the assigned location to enable direct communication and interactions with team members, management, and others as necessary, unless we travel for a business-related purpose.* Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a high-stress, fast-paced, and high-pressure environment while maintaining high standards of accuracy, paying attention to detail, and meeting assigned deadlines. Demonstrates high integrity, trust, and strict confidentiality. Ability to maintain excellent communication and a positive, respectful, and professional attitude and relationship with clients, employees, peers, co-workers, all levels of management, and all outside organizations conducting business or otherwise interacting with the company. Ability to always act autonomously while adhering to overall department and company policies and procedures.* Position should work primarily in a smoke free office environment. The noise level is low to moderate. The position should maintain a cubicle or office near other cubicles and offices.* Position may be required to attend trips to casinos, tradeshows, or as needed. Must be able to tolerate areas containing varying noise and temperature levels, illumination, vibration, crowds, and air quality.
