Requirements

3+ years of outerwear design experience

Strong Adobe Illustrator sketching skills (technical flats required)

Hands‑on experience with Centric PLM

Deep understanding of outerwear construction, fabrics, and performance details

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple seasons simultaneously
