
Overview
We’re looking for a friendly, organised volunteer Personal Assistant to support the smooth running of Walk N Talk 4 Mental Health — a Hampshire-based charity dedicated to improving mental wellbeing through walking, conversation and community connection. If you have good organisational skills, some time to spare, and a desire to give something meaningful back, this role offers the chance to make a real difference behind the scenes. You’ll be supporting our Project Leader with light admin, communication and simple organisation tasks that help keep our work running effectively. This opportunity is ideal for someone retired or semi‑retired, or anyone with weekday availability who enjoys being helpful, structured, and part of a warm, values‑led team. All training is provided, and tasks can be completed flexibly from home. About the Role
As a volunteer PA, you’ll help ensure our project stays organised and responsive, enabling us to continue supporting people across Andover through our wellbeing walks and community programmes. Your support will include straightforward admin tasks, email management, keeping contact lists up to date, organising information, and helping with follow‑ups. You’ll also assist with updating our CRM system — full guidance is provided. This role is fully home‑based, offering flexibility and the chance to volunteer in a way that fits easily around your life. Skills & Experience Needed
