Position:
Customer Service Coordinator
Pay:
$18.00 - 20.00 per hour, depending on experience
Hours:
Monday through Friday, 9:30am - 6:00pm
What You’ll Be Doing:
Coordinate and schedule Comfort Club preventative maintenance visits to ensure timely service for members
Manage membership renewals, including proactive customer outreach and follow‑up communication
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls regarding maintenance plans, billing questions, and program details
Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date customer records in the company database
Collaborate closely with service technicians and dispatch to optimize scheduling efficiency and route planning
Promote and educate customers on Comfort Club benefits to increase engagement and retention
Support administrative functions and generate reports related to membership performance and program metrics
Use ServiceTitan daily to manage scheduling and communications
Work independently and collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations
What We’re Looking For:
2 or more years of related experience in an office setting in customer service, schedule coordinating or equivalent combination of education and experience
Excellent customer service skills
Sales experience preferred
Proficiency with basic computer skills and Microsoft Office
Data Entry skills
Organizational skills and high attention to detail
Service Scheduling / Coordinating experience desired
Knowledge of the HVAC industry is recommended but not required
High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
