Job Description
Build and grow relationships with architects, designers, contractors, and key project stakeholders in your local market (Dallas or Miami)
Proactively develop new business through outreach, networking, and targeted project pursuit
Deliver engaging product presentations and lunch-and-learns to A & D firms and project teams
Manage a pipeline of opportunities from discovery through proposal, pricing support, and close
Coordinate with internal design and production teams to align on specs, finishes, timelines, and client requirements
Support bids, proposals, and pricing strategy in partnership with internal stakeholders
Track activity, forecasts, and follow-ups using CRM and monthly reporting
Attend weekly sales meetings and participate in relevant industry events as needed
Qualifications
2+ years of B2B sales experience selling to and presenting to architects (A & D), including product education
Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills (spec-driven sales is a plus)
Highly organized and comfortable working remotely with strong responsiveness and follow-through
Experience with building products, architectural systems, walls, ceilings, interiors, exteriors, metals, millwork, or custom fabrication is a plus
Ability to interpret drawings, plans, or technical details is a plus
Proficiency with CRM and Microsoft Office (or similar tools)
Valid drivers license and reliable vehicle
