Job Responsibilities
Lead discovery sessions and workshops to identify customer goals and desired outcomes
Map current and future customer journeys to highlight AI enhancement opportunities
Translate customer insights into actionable solution recommendations for technical teams
Collaborate with sales teams to qualify opportunities and effectively position AI solutions
Ensure seamless handoff of designed solutions to post‑sales teams, maintaining alignment on customer objectives
Qualifications
Deep expertise in conversational AI, generative AI, and AI‑driven customer experiences
Proven experience in pre‑sales solution design, CX consulting, or AI sales enablement
Strong understanding of virtual agent technologies and experience with market‑leading companies
Excellent facilitation, storytelling, and consultative communication skills
Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce or Dynamics
Preferred Qualifications
6+ years of experience in CX, AI, or automation solution sales
3+ years of experience in Contact Center or Virtual Agent solution design
