UJET is seeking a driven, outbound-focused Account Executive to fuel our next phase of enterprise growth. This role is built for a true hunter—someone who thrives on cold starts, proactively creates opportunity, and consistently opens doors where none previously existed.
As an AE at UJET, you will lead strategic outbound efforts into large, complex enterprises, engaging senior decision-makers to reimagine how AI-powered customer communication can transform their business. You’ll act as a consultative change agent, helping organizations move beyond legacy CCaaS solutions toward a modern, AI-native platform that unifies voice, digital channels, and real-time intelligence into a single system of action.
This is a high-impact role for a self-directed seller who excels at prospecting, building pipelines from scratch, and navigating multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles. Success requires discipline, creativity, and relentless execution in a fast-moving, outbound-led environment.
Responsibilities
Own pipeline generation through consistent, high-volume outbound activity, including cold calling, personalized email, video outreach, and social selling.
Identify and penetrate target enterprise accounts, engaging executive-level stakeholders and technical buyers.
Build and advance opportunities without reliance on inbound or marketing-generated demand.
Manage the full sales lifecycle—from cold outreach and discovery through solution alignment, negotiation, and close. Lead value-based conversations centered on UJET’s AI-driven capabilities, including automation, real-time insights, and modern cloud communications. Navigate complex buying committees and long sales cycles with confidence and precision.
Quota & Forecast Ownership Consistently meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets. Maintain accurate pipeline hygiene and forecasting in Salesforce, delivering predictable results and forecast accuracy within ±10%.
Sales Technology & Process Excellence Leverage modern sales engagement tools (e.g., Outreach, Salesloft) to run structured, multi-channel outbound cadences. Use data, experimentation, and feedback loops to continuously optimize outreach effectiveness.
Collaborate with UJET’s Channel and Partner teams to unlock new entry points, accelerate deals, and expand account reach when applicable.
Qualifications 5+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience with a strong emphasis on
outbound prospecting and self-sourced pipeline . Proven success cold-calling into large organizations and converting net-new logos. Demonstrated ability to influence and sell to C-level executives and senior business leaders. A track record of exceeding quota and closing complex, multi-year enterprise agreements. Highly autonomous, disciplined, and accountable—comfortable operating without heavy structure or inbound support. Strong business acumen with the ability to articulate ROI, operational impact, and strategic value. Experience managing deals across long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience selling within CCaaS, UCaaS, AI-driven SaaS, or adjacent enterprise software categories. Working knowledge of how AI, automation, and real-time data are reshaping customer communications and enterprise operations. Familiarity with channel-assisted enterprise sales motions.
