South Regional Sales Manager – Medical/Surgical Sales
Leading medical distributor is seeking a Regional Sales Manager – South Region. This territory includes Arkansas, Western Tennessee, Texas, Oklahoma, New Mexico, Louisiana and Arizona. The ideal candidate must maintain and develop relationships with key medical decision makers, have strong clinical skills and the ability to work independently. Candidate should be able to manage and train salespeople and the sales process. Individual must be detail-oriented, driven to grow the business and able to lead a sales team. Those who can prioritize, manage effectively and efficiently and make smart decisions in a multi-tasked environment will be most successful in this role.
Minimum Qualifications
3+ years proven medical sales management experience in the operating room
Clinical experience
Consistent track record of exceeding sales quota
Bachelors Degree
Responsibilities
Achieve sales objective for multi-state territory
Clinical presentations to healthcare professionals
Manage a multi-state sales team
Development of a comprehensive Sales Plan
