Bilingual Sales Agent/ Manager - San Antonio
Position: Full-time.

Responsibilities
Increase sales for agency of non-standard automobile insurance
Engage customers with superior service and attentiveness
Partake in daily marketing activities by establishing and maintaining customer relationships
Ensures cleanliness of agency location and exhibits company standards
Prepare and make daily or nightly deposits
Coordinate Sales Agent activities as needed
Monitor daily marketing activities by establishing and maintaining business relationships
Adheres to company culture and ethical standards
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
Minimum of one year sales or customer service experience
Applicants must be ready and able to pass licensing through The State of Texas or have current license (required for continued employment)
Must be bilingual in English & Spanish, required.
