Client Engagement Associate

works alongside the sales and marketing teams to play a key role in sourcing, developing, and maintaining partnerships and business relationships between internal teams, clients, vendors, and business partners. A crucial part of this role will be traveling to industry events to interact face‑to‑face with clients. Responsibilities

Represent the company at business development events, conferences, trade shows, and industry gatherings to expand visibility and create new partnership opportunities. Build and cultivate new client relationships through in‑person engagements, proactive outreach, and networking at industry events, conferences, and client meetings. Develop and implement initiatives to strengthen and increase client engagement, ensuring meaningful, ongoing relationships that lead to long‑term growth and retention. Lead or support strategic projects that strengthen business development capabilities and foster both internal and external relationship growth. Develop and execute client acquisition and relationship management strategies that drive revenue growth, scalability, and long‑term partnerships. Collaborate with executive teams, marketing, and operations to ensure alignment and consistency across all client‑facing initiatives. Analyze sales and marketing performance data to uncover insights that improve outreach effectiveness and client conversion. Research market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to identify emerging opportunities for new business. Support daily business development activities including lead generation, outreach campaigns, follow‑ups, proposal preparation, and CRM management. Qualifications and Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in any field of study. 1-3 years of experience in a position that focuses on new client acquisition and client networking (internship experience accepted). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across various stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a data‑driven mindset. Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast‑paced, evolving business environment. Self‑motivated and eager to learn. Able to travel up to 50% of the time for conferences, client meetings, and networking events.
