What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Collaborate with senior care partners to assist in enrolling new resident members and discuss plan benefits
Educate members on the plan, providing high-quality customer service and timely responses to inquiries
Resolve member and provider issues, escalating unresolved matters as necessary
Actively market the plan to new senior care partners within the service area
Conduct sales presentations and meetings in compliance with applicable guidelines
What is Required (Qualifications):
Tennessee/Kentucky State Health Insurance License required
Two-year associate/technical degree, bachelor’s degree, or relevant experience in direct sales and account management
Experience working with the senior population preferred
Must possess excellent interpersonal communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
Reliable transportation and the ability to pass a background check; regional travel is expected
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience in direct sales and account management
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Customer service experience with the ability to work well under pressure
