ExxonMobil's state-of-the-art campus north of Houston serves as home to its Upstream, Product Solutions and Low Carbon Solutions businesses and their associated service groups. The facility opened in 2014 and accommodates more than 10,000 employees and visitors. Lead relationship management for our strategic and growing

Low Carbon Solutions (LCS)

business, with a focus on customer coverage in the technology sector. Represent LCS’s diverse portfolio of low‑carbon technologies, including: Carbon Capture & Storage (CCS) Geothermal Low Carbon Hydrogen and Ammonia Lithium extraction for battery manufacturing Advanced low‑carbon technologies and decarbonization services Your mission: Partner with XOM LCS leaders to bring next‑generation decarbonization solutions to market faster, more safely, and at industrial scale. This role sits at the intersection of energy transition innovation, large‑scale industrial technology, and hyperscaler digital platforms. What You Will Do

Strategic Account Leadership Serve as the

primary relationship lead

for ExxonMobil LCS, aligning deeply to their CCS, hydrogen, geothermal, lithium, and CDR business strategies. Build and maintain

customer account plans , ensuring long term relationship health, and organized connectivity between ExxonMobil and customer interfaces. Facilitate

executive‑to‑executive engagement , ensuring strong alignment between ExxonMobil leadership and internal product, engineering, and industry teams. Business Development & Commercial Growth Drive opportunity creation, aligned with ExxonMobil LCS’s business strategy and priorities. Present value propositions, and support development of differentiated offers tailored to CCS, low carbon Hydrogen, geothermal, and next‑gen lithium and CDR value chains. Delivery Excellence & Customer Success Coordinate technical and commercial delivery teams to ensure deployments land with high impact and measurable customer results. Monitor customer satisfaction, identify risk areas, and ensure post‑sales success across LCS digital initiatives. Ensure seamless customer experience across ExxonMobil functional and business line interfaces. Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in an engineering or financial discipline Minimum 10 years of industry experience with customer‑facing enterprise roles (account management, customer success, consulting, or technical sales). Strong understanding of cloud platforms, AI/ML, data architecture, and digital transformation principles. Experience working in energy, sustainability, industrials, technology, or other capital‑intensive sectors. Ability to communicate and influence senior leaders within a large, matrixed organization. Demonstrated ability to manage and work with cross‑functional and virtual teams. Preferred Qualifications:

Direct customer management experience, covering a technology industry group Direct experience in energy transition opportunities across CCS, hydrogen, geothermal, lithium, or carbon removal. Background supporting hyperscalers (Azure, AWS, GCP) or major technology platforms. Familiarity with regulatory frameworks, MRV protocols, and commercial models for low‑carbon markets.
