
Web Account Manager (Contract)
Our client, a global technology consultancy/provider, is looking to bring on a Web Account Manager, to work on their large pharmaceutical client. This role is preferred hybrid in Indianapolis, but can be remote, will be around 40 hours per week, and 12 months in duration, with potential to extend.
Overview Client is advancing its UE Website strategy to enhance customer engagement, increase compliance, and streamline content delivery. The Account Manager provides project management leadership for website portfolio initiatives across global and local markets, partnering with brand teams and cross-functional collaborators to define, build, launch, and improve website performance. This role requires a proactive problem solver to deliver innovative, compliant, and customer‑centric digital experiences.
PRIMARY DUTIES
Ensure web launch‑readiness capabilities for upcoming and ongoing website launches.
Define, oversee, and maintain a master project timeline for all websites using project management software to track milestones and dependencies.
Collaborate with Tech team, UX, personalization, compliance, medical, legal, and regulatory partners to ensure seamless execution.
Track and communicate initiative progress to internal stakeholders and external agency partners.
Proactively identify risks and issues, resolving them before they affect business outcomes.
Review website health and performance using data‑driven insights and monthly reports to guide optimization efforts.
Provide recommendations to improve the UE web operating model and increase operational efficiency.
Support the development and maintenance of website standards and guidelines.

REQUIRED EDUCATION
Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BS).
Masters or MBA preferred.
EXPERIENCE
3+ years of marketing and/or advertising agency experience.
3+ years of operations, project management, and digital web experience.
Demonstrated experience with Adobe AEM, EDS, or similar site platforms.
Product and launch experience, specifically including pharmaceutical brand launches.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
QUALIFICATIONS
Strong working knowledge of Quality and MLR (Medical, Legal, Regulatory) review process steps.
Understanding of advertising agency structures and operating models.
Experience delivering client‑focused solutions that meet both customer and business needs.
