What You'll Do Drive New Business Growth

Identify and pursue new opportunities through networking, prospecting, referrals, and industry events

Build and manage a strong sales pipeline from first contact to signed contract

Deliver dynamic, persuasive presentations that win business

Develop customized proposals and pricing strategies

Close deals and exceed revenue targets

Build Powerful Client Relationships

Connect with Property Managers, Asset Managers, General Managers, and key decision-makers

Strengthen long-term partnerships and identify upsell opportunities

Ensure a smooth transition from sale to service delivery

Resolve challenges professionally and proactively

Lead Strategic Expansion

Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activity

Provide insight into growth strategies and market opportunities

Track performance metrics and forecast revenue growth

What We're Looking For

3–5+ years of proven sales success (service-based or facilities industry preferred)

A strong closer with confident presentation and negotiation skills

Goal-oriented and motivated by performance

Organized and able to manage multiple opportunities at once

Self-starter with a winning mindset and strong follow-through
