Identify and pursue sales for Automation, Bridge and Energy solutions
Build and maintain relationships with yards, owners and consultants
Lead commercial processes from initial inquiry to final negotiation
Collaborate with HQ experts to tailor systems to customer needs
Manage budgets, sales forecasts and long‑term pipeline planning
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to ensure KM’s leadership
Promote lifecycle solutions and upgrades for the existing fleet
Represent Kongsberg Maritime at key industry events and fairs

Degree in Marine Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Business
Proven experience in technical sales within the maritime industry
Strong understanding of maritime automation or power systems
Ability to translate technical features into customer benefits
Proactive mindset with high self‑motivation and commercial drive
Excellent communication skills in English and German
Valid driving license and willingness for regional travel
