The Role We’re looking for an experienced Sales Estimator to join our high-performing Estimating team. In this role, you’ll prepare accurate sales estimates, tenders and documentation that set our customers and internal teams up for success. You’ll support both Greenfield and Knockdown-Rebuild (KDR) projects across our Inspire and Affinity ranges, working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth, timely and compliant pre-contract outcomes.
This is a fast-paced role suited to someone who enjoys variety, problem-solving, and collaborating with a friendly, supportive team.
What You’ll Do
Prepare accurate sales estimates, tenders and contract documentation
Review and manage updates to BOQs, Standard Inclusion Lists and sales paperwork
Ensure compliance with building regulations, internal standards and pricing frameworks
Collaborate closely with Pre-Construction, Production Estimating, Drafting, and Tender Presenters
Maintain accurate data entry and workflows in Dynamics AX, Bluebeam and MS Office
Deliver work within agreed timeframes while maintaining quality and attention to detail
About You
You’ll be a personable, collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced volume environment.
Knockdown-Rebuild experience with a strong understanding of job complexities is beneficial
Excellent communication skills and confidence working with internal stakeholders
Strong attention to detail, accuracy and time management
Proficiency in Dynamics AX (or similar), Bluebeam and Microsoft Office
Relevant building/construction knowledge or qualifications
