Receptionist/Inside Sales representative
for our US operations. If you are a self-motivated and energetic multi-tasker who is looking to start a career with a growing company then this is the job for you!!!
Experience in years : 1 to 2 yrs.
Responsibilities
Make pro-active outbound phone calls per day to generate new business, document and communicate all aspects of their inbound and outbound phone calls, and on occasion, schedule appointments with accounts for a field visit from a field sales manager.
Answering inbound calls
Compile lists of prospective customers for use as sales leads, based on information from newspapers, business directories, industry ads, internet web sites, and other market intelligence sources.
Keeping up to date on VAM Systems' solutions and services and also on possible competitors.
Sending out regular mailers to potential customers
Making a certain number of outbound calls every day
Cold calling as well as telephonic follow up on existing opportunities
Keep all the office documentation and files up to date
Take care of the regular office mailing
Qualifications
Outstanding organizational and time management skills
Excellent customer service skills and enjoy being in a customer-facing role
Exceptional written, verbal and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently or as part of a team
Excellent interpersonal skills required in dealing with varying levels of clients and prospects
Critical thinking and problem solving skills
Must have above average knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Microsoft Word & Microsoft Excel.
