What You’ll Do:
Greet every customer with energy and purpose
Recommend products based on real needs, not scripts
Handle transactions accurately and efficiently
Maintain a clean, organized, visually appealing store
Manage inventory tasks like receiving, cycle counts, and transfers
Follow cash handling and loss prevention procedures
Solve problems calmly and escape when needed
What We’re Looking For:
1+ year of retail or customer service experience preferred
Strong communication skills and confidence on the sales floor
Ability to multitask in a high-volume, 7/365 retail environment
Dependable, adaptable, and self-motivated
Comfortable lifting up to 40 lbs and being on your feet
Ability to pass required background and FAA clearances
