The Job Own the commercial relationship with assigned accounts. Drive renewals, expansions, executive alignment, and measurable ROI. Coordinate with Implementation and Success to launch sites and sustain adoption. Turn account insights into product input.

Core Responsibilities Build relationships with clinical leadership

Primary commercial contact for health systems and physician groups

Build account plans, stakeholder maps, and risk registers

Present usage, outcomes, and ROI to clinical and business leaders

Hold 1:1 conversations with medical directors

Adoption and impact

Monitor usage and outcomes to remove barriers

Trigger training, workflow fixes, and product feature requests

Assess quantitative impact on Quality, Risk, and RCM outcomes

Voice of customer and references

Partner with clinical leadership to improve awareness and utilization

Capture case studies and references that show measurable impact

Coordinate newsletters and brief updates for account stakeholders

What You Bring

3+ years in account management or customer success for B2B SaaS. Healthcare preferred

Experience with acute care workflows or clinical documentation

Data literacy. Proficient with financial ROI and comfortable with product engagement data.

Executive presence and clear communication

Proficient with modern collaboration tools (Hubspot, Intercom, Posthog, Linear)

Intro Phone Screen: Phone screen with hiring manager

Take Home Exercise: Written exercise designed to evaluate your communication style, analytical thinking skills, and account management instincts

Live Mock Exercise: Virtual 45 minute mock exercise designed to evaluate your client management skills, communicate style, and ability to handle tough conversations

Final Interview: 30 minute interview with CEO of Sayvant

Compensation and Benefits

Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 per year

Location: Fully remote (US)

Benefits: Meaningful option grants and 100% of medical/dental/vision covered by company
