Counter Sales
position in
Houston, Texas .
Position Summary Responsible for processing sales and responding to customer inquiries by way of counter and telephone while operating in a fast paced and busy environment. Also responsible for assessing customer needs and providing solutions, addressing and resolving problems, supporting outside sales, maintaining good vendor relations, and warranty administration. Whenever required, also responsible for performing necessary warehouse duties.
Duties
Delivering exceptional customer service
Conducting equipment and parts sales
Contributing to a team-oriented environment
Assisting with inventory control
Maintaining a clean and organized showroom
Assisting with warehouse duties
Required Skills
Must have excellent customer service skills
Must have excellent written and oral communication skills
Must have excellent interpersonal skills
Must be computer literate
Must have good math skills
Attributes While previous experience is not as important at being a team player and having the willingness to learn, personal characteristics of individuals who perform this job well are those who:
Are versatile and able to quickly toggle between tasks
Project a courteous, outgoing, and professional attitude
Have a keen interest in continuously learning the HVAC industry
