Overview:
Energetic Call Center Representative needed to join our dynamic team. This role focuses on lead generation, appointment setting, database maintenance, and collaboration with the call center team. Responsibilities: Lead Generation Extraordinaire: Dive into outbound calls to generate leads and discover potential customers; explore diverse prospecting methods to expand our lead database; qualify leads based on predetermined criteria. Appointment Setting Maestro: Set appointments for sales representatives with qualified leads; coordinate appointments with finesse; follow up to ensure appointments are confirmed and rescheduled as needed. Database Rockstar: Maintain accurate, up-to-date lead databases; record lead interactions in the CRM; provide regular reports on lead generation and appointment setting activities. Collaboration Champion: Work closely with the call center supervisor and teammates to align lead generation strategies; maintain a can-do attitude in a fast-paced environment. Performance Metrics: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation targets; monitor and analyze KPIs related to lead generation and appointment setting. Qualifications: 5 years of customer service experience Proficient with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook Strong communication skills Attention to detail with effective time management and organizational skills Experience navigating CRM software and lead tracking systems Friendly, enthusiastic, and customer-service oriented Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a strong work ethic High school Diploma or GED required Skills: Persuasion and relationship building Ability to work independently and as part of a team Time management and organizational skills Adaptability to changing market trends Job Type:
