Full Job Description – Lead Generation Specialist
Location:

Position Summary The 3D printing industry is one of the most exciting and fast-growing industries in the world today and Polymaker is part of the momentum. Polymaker develops, produces and markets high value materials for 3D printing. Our company is growing fast and can be described as young, open and energetic. Polymaker has been active in the US since 2013. We have built up a network of channel partners who serve end users from all over the States. Our end users are hobbyists, professionals and industrial customers who 3D print high quality parts using our filaments. Out of our new Houston office we manage the sales, marketing and operations for the North America region. The Sales Engineer is responsible for managing existing accounts and generating new business and increasing profitable sales by selling Polymaker standard product offerings.

Key Responsibilities
Execute lead generation programs targeting B2B wholesale and enterprise customers
Develop inbound and outbound lead strategies across email, paid media, events, and digital channels
Manage lead qualification, scoring, and handoff to the sales team
Maintain and enrich lead databases with accurate contact and firmographic data
Track and analyze campaign performance to improve conversion efficiency
Collaborate with marketing and sales to align messaging and targeting
Support CRM data accuracy and lead funnel reporting
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
1–2 years of experience in lead generation, demand generation, or marketing operations
Hands‑on experience with CRM and marketing automation tools
Strong analytical skills and comfort working with performance metrics
High attention to detail and strong execution discipline
Ability to operate in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
Prior B2B experience strongly preferred
