Listing Launch Execution
Manage launch workflows (Asana)
Coordinate marketing assets (photos, drone, signage, brochures)
Send weekly client updates
Drive go-live within 30 days
Deal Management
Capture and qualify new leads
Maintain Cadby as system of record (If it’s not in Cadby, it doesn’t exist.)
Advance deals from Prospect → Touring with minimal broker involvement
Coordinate tours and solicit feedback
Landlord Reporting
Update deal data and maintain clean records
Send activity reports every 30 days
Keep clients informed and confident
Manage transaction closeout process
Complete files within 30 days of execution
