Annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may range from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.

Job Overview This role focuses on greeting, helping, and thanking our customers, and preventing loss at the store entrances. The role includes verifying purchases, assisting with returned items, and keeping our entrances safe and secure.
