We are looking for a

Portfolio Manager

to join our Commercial Real Estate (CRE) group in Denver, CO. This role focuses on providing analysis, support, and service for the bank-wide loan portfolio as directly by the line of the business leader.

Essential Functions

Knowledge of various types of loans, credit analysis, spreading and analyzing financial statements, risk analysis, credit scoring, loan documentation, etc.

Knowledge of banking products, services, policies, procedures and regulations.

Solid credit skills in underwriting, financial modeling, valuations and adherence to policy.

Requires solid customer service, relationship, organizational, analytical and creative problem‑solving skills.

Ability to meet deadlines.

Must have solid communications skills, both verbal and written.

Knowledge of various software applications including word processing and spreadsheets.

Qualifications

Requires a bachelor's degree in Finance, Business or other related field and 2+ years of banking, relationship management, lending, underwriting and credit experience or other directly related experience. An equivalent combination of education and experience may meet qualifications.

4+ years of direct CRE underwriting experience preferred.

Ability to work with various types of computer software, word processing, spreadsheets, etc.

Strong understanding of credit analysis, identification of credit risk, loan structure, loan documentation, etc.

Required good PC skills.

Must have good oral and written communication skills needed to accurately convey questions, conclusions, and recommendations.

This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $85,000 - $120,000 annually depending on job‑related factors.

Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors such as but not limited to, level of experience, skills, expertise, location, education, and certifications.
